Sunwing Marmari Beach
A small village within a large resort
Details
Sunwing Marmari Beach opens in 2027, marking the first completely new Sunwing hotel since 2012.
Located on the island of Kos, the resort is designed as a village-like setting made up of intimate neighbourhoods, each with its own character, pool and sense of place. Lush, mature gardens weave between the buildings, creating a harmonious balance of soothing shade and Mediterranean sunshine.
Despite its scale, the resort is designed to feel intimate, friendly and familiar. A diverse range of accommodation supports this idea, from one-bedroom apartments for three guests to private villas with their own pools, accommodating up to eight guests.
Eight different pool areas create distinct places to stay and spend time, from dedicated children’s pools to adults-only pools. Sixty-six pool-access rooms feature shared pools, while five private villas offer a more secluded experience. The kilometre-long sandy beach is just moments away.
The project encompasses a wide range of public spaces and amenities, including three restaurants, three bars, a minimarket, kids’ clubs, a gym, spa and fitness facilities, a teen club and a dedicated show area.
